One of the greatest benefits of being in a Military Based town, is the frequency of spikes in the sales at different times of the year. Well I am happy to report that it is time for one of those spikes. I like to call it the Spring Cleaning of the housing market. All of the homes that have been at a stand still are seeing activity and selling like hotcakes and right now the troops are coming home or receiving orders to be stationed here causing them to search for new construction or pre-owned. Spring time signifies a fresh start after cold winter of bitter weather and chapped lips.
