Most people go from Halloween to Christmas, but why the rush? Why not celebrate one holiday at a time. We live in a society where rushing is the new form of living. Life is to be enjoyed and valued not to be hurried along! The best time to start decorating for Christmas at a time that does not rush the holidays along, would be the day after Black Friday. Black Friday symbolizes the wonderful day of Christmas shopping!

How shold you go about doing this? Start with lights. Find your preference, colored lights, white lights, dangly lights, blue lights, whichever you find the best way to display Christmas. Decorate the bottom trim of your roof with your Christmas spirit. Play with the ideas of other yard accessories without over decorating. Sometimes simple is more. As for the inside of your house, purchase the Christmas wreath material that comes in rope form. Wrap it around your stair railing with lights and stick cards that are sent to you, in the open slots. Outline your fire place to frame where you hang your stockings. Go with your classic red and white decorations for a classy finished look.
